Welcome to Room One for another action packed year of learning and experiences.
We will be travelling to Auckland this year to visit the Museum, the Auckland Zoo and spending the night at Kelly Tarlton's. You will be able to sleep with the fish and talk to eels.
Our first novel of the year is 'Under The Mountain' by Maurice Gee, a fabulous new Zealand author. Get the book from the library and read along with me in class.
When we travel to Auckland you will be able to see the features of interest from this story.
We have lots of activities for the year. Kids Can Ride, Waterline and Life Education.
There will be a heap of sports activities to participate in and we wish our Top School team all the best for their challenge on Sunday the 13th of March.
